WHAT IS VACANT STAGING?

VACANT STAGING

14 May WHAT IS VACANT STAGING?

Vacant Staging is for empty homes, to add some “life” and evoke emotion in buyers. If you’ve even toured an empty home, you realize it doesn’t show to its full potential. There’s usually an echo and it can feel “cold.” Most rooms look smaller with no furniture and, conversely, extra large rooms can feel cavernous.

Staging certain key areas can elicit an emotional response in buyers, so they imagine themselves living there. Staging brings scale, warmth, and reduces buyer objections.

After all, according to the National Association of Realtors, over 81% of buyers said it was easier to visualize the Staged property as their next home. And as buyers spend an average of only 6 minutes in an un-staged home verses 40 minutes in a Staged home, the longer they linger, the more probability of getting an offer.

Need one more reason to Stage a vacant home? Professionally Staged homes spent 72% less time on the market (Real Estate Staging Association study).
