Thank You (tongue in cheek) HGTV!

We all love our HGTV, don’t we?  SO MANY GOOD IDEAS IN ONE PLACE!  Same with Houzz and Pinterest!  It’s like a syndrome!

That’s why I feel sorry for today’s home seller.  There are so many expectations buyers have and sellers are forced to live up to them to get top dollar for their homes.

Not only do today’s buyers want turn-key, they want DESIGNER TURN-KEY.  That’s a tough standard to live up to.

However, don’t despair.  Where there’s a problem, there’s a problem-solver.  A professional stager.  He or she can pinpoint the most important things to be done in order for your listing to look its best and have its best chance of selling quickly and for top dollar.

A Real Estate Agent is very knowledgeable as to what buyers are wanting.  Ready to boost that expertise?  An Agent with a stager on the team, with special training and knowledge of the latest trends and an understanding of buyer psychology, is the perfect antidote to HGTV syndrome.  I’d call it a CURE!
