Staging Works: A Case Study in Universal City

PROBLEM: Listing in Universal City, Texas, on the market for 367 days with no sale.

SOLUTION: Remove wallpaper and paint foyer for a great first impression, then STAGE the home to entice buyers.

RESULT: Only 20 days on market after STAGING, with multiple offers. Sold for 100% of list price, avoided price reductions, and the STAGING investment was under $3000 (that’s FAR LESS than a price reduction and achieved the desired result!) Happy Seller, Happy Real Estate Agent.
