- For your Vacant Listings, we are here to implement Vacant Staging. This will be done with social distancing in mind, so we ask that no one else is in the home while we are staging. Upon arrival and departure, we will disinfect doorknobs, light switches, and surfaces commonly touched in the home.
- For your Occupied Listings, we can conduct Staging Consultations as always, utilizing social distancing, masks, and disinfecting anything we touch during the consultation.
- For your Occupied Listings where clients would feel more comfortable with a virtual consultation, we offer E-Staging Consultations. These are conducted via FaceTime or Skype and still include the Profit List / Report. Your sellers will have a game plan to prepare their listing for market, with personalized advice, just as always.
